This weekends weather....

Considering that has fall has arrived, many people are usually pulling out scarves and sweaters right...about...NOW! But this weekend seemed to be the total opposite. As I walked through the mall to find a warm fall jacket, I saw girls in shorts and boys with flip flops! I felt as if my properly prepared fall ensemble was outta whack with my knee high boots and 3/4 length shirt and a cute little hat to match. Global warming is among us people! Please don't be misconscrewed by the sun's warm rays. With the season change being made official, its about that time to official change the wardrobe up. Before you know it, we all be walking in 3 feet of snow and those trusty winter boots will be no were to be found, amongst those flashy sling backs and saucy espadrilles. FALL IS HERE!!

So Columbus sailed to America....and we got a SALE!!

Dating back many centuries, we find that Christopher Columbus stumbled his way upon Americas shore. But who would have thought, this would have been the perfect day for a SALE! Many department stores are having a Columbus Day Sale, which most likely takes place the whole weekend, in honor of that old faithful day. This would be a good time to take advantage and rack up on this falls latest fashions for a great price. Not only can you dress you and your family, but also update your home furnishings with a few trickets for the living room and kitchen. You never know what you could find while digging through the sale bins. Also, why not grab a few things that have gone out of season for next summer...... So we bid Mr. Columbus a fair salute, and say thanks for this great holiday season sale!

Election 2008 is going to be one of the most historically events in U.S. history, and we going to be apart of it. So visit the polls, and let your voting voice be heard.....silently of course. I am all for the Obama shirts and McCain hats, but on November 4, 2008, leave your campaigning wear at home. You may get turned away by voting officials because you are breaking the law. No campaigning wear can be spotted within 40 feet of the polling place. Please don't let this discourage you from voting, but rather change up your outfit for the day.
